- 2 teaspoons instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1 3/4 cups warm water (about 100 degrees, warm but not hot to the touch)
- 1/2 cup milk (warm, about 100 degrees, warm but not hot to the touch)
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 6 cups bread flour (keep 1/2 cup out and use as necessary.)

This easy to follow recipe yields 16 flat bread! My son and husband loved them and the left overs can be stored in the freezer for use throughout the week.
