  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 250 grams flank steak (cooked, marinated, sliced into small pieces)
  • 1 onion (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 tomato (sliced)
  • lettuce leaves
  • cheddar cheese slices
  • pickled jalapeno pepper (slices)

Directions

The meat is kind of tough, so tenderize it with a meat hammer before you cook it. These make great burgers for a backyard barbeque. I added barbeque sauce on top of the flank steak, and put them on buns. Then, I set them on a tray and wait for everyone to grab them. The steak can be grilled, but it comes out more tender if you bake on lower heat until it is done.
