Description

This marinade works well with pork chops, but can also be used on loin roasts or tenderloins.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup dry sherry
  • 1/2 cup onion (minced)
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh ginger root (grated)
  • 2 tsp. spice (Chinese five-)
  • 2 Tbsp. chili oil
  • 2 tsp. sesame oil

    Directions

    1. In self-sealing bag, combine all ingredients. Add 4 pork chops to bag, seal and refrigerate overnight. Discard any leftover marinade.
