  • 1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 2 teaspoons lemongrass (finely chopped fresh)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro (finely)
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh mint (finely)
  • 1/3 inch ginger (grated)
  • 4 fish steaks (such as swordfish or tuna, 6-7 oz each)
  • lemon wedges
  • mixed salad

Directions

  1. For the Thai dressing, place all ingredients except fish in a medium bowl; mix well.
  2. Cook fish on heated oiled grill pan (or broiler or grill) until cooked to desired doneness. Drizzle with dressing. Serve with mixed salad and lemon wedges.
