- 2 fish fillets (medium)
- salt
- ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup parsley (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
Directions
- Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper to taste.
- Melt the butter in a skillet and add the fish.
- Separately, mix the parsley with the Parmesan cheese and garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Once the fish fillets are cooked on both sides, plate, adding the parsley mixture on top.

This recipe doesn't specify which fish to use, so we used catfish. I have also tried it with tilapia too. I always want my kids to eat more healthy chicken and fish. It was easy to get them to eat this because it was so flavorful and didn't have as strong fishy taste to it. It was perfection and I try to make this at least once a week now.
