  • 2 fish fillets (medium)
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup parsley (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 clove garlic, fine chop


  1. Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet and add the fish.
  3. Separately, mix the parsley with the Parmesan cheese and garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
