  • 10 soft corn tortillas
  • 16 ounces chickpeas (garbanzo beans)

  • 16 ounces black beans
  • 16 ounces red beans
  • 1/2 red onion (– chopped)
  • red pepper (or 1/2 green bell, – chopped)
  • 1 cup tomato (– chopped)
  • 1/2 cup corn (grilled, – cut from the cob, can be roasted if you don’t have a grill)
