- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro (about a small handful)

- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice (depending on how much acidity you want)

- 1 lb. tilapia (450g)

- 1 pinch kosher salt
- 12 inches tortillas (I used purple corn and flour tortillas)
- 1 cup red cabbage (shredded)
- 1 yellow pepper (thinly sliced)
- 1 cup pico de gallo salsa (or salsa of your choice)
