  • 0.5 kilograms fish (Surnai/Paplet urdu names)
  • 3 green onions (spring onion nos chopped)
  • 1 garlic (chopped medium pod)
  • 2 inches ginger (long piece chopped)
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 tomatoes (chopped medium size)
  • coriander (fresh chopped a few)
  • 4 green chilies (whole)
  • 1/2 teaspoon chillies

    Directions

    1. Heat oil in a Karahi (Deep frying pan).
    2. Add onion, tomatoes, garlic , ginger and cook on medium flame for 3-5 minutes.
    3. Now add fish and spices to it , cook on medium flame till fish is near to tender , now add green chillies and after 1-2 minutes add corainder fresh and simmer for 5 minutes. Take extra care during cooking to avoid breakage of fish pieces.
    4. Delicious Fish Karahi is raedy.
