awesome . added my own flare to it though. on the fish i made it in a seasoned butter in several herbs and spices. added more sauce to like double the recipe. my daughter who destests fish loved it. my husband who will not eat cheese, cream cheese, ( i didnt tell him what was in it) tried the sauce said not bad. but still had his without. the rest of my family loved it said it was a keeper, tried it with grouper, catfish, tuna steaks, mahi mahi. trout. just to sample the different fish when making the 1 plate

Absolutely delicious! I made the fish (halibut) first then kept it warm while I made the veggies. I used red chard and a little book choy instead of spinach. Will definitely make this again!

Everyone in my family LOVED it. The cream cheese was a bit too heavy, so if I were to cook this again I would prepare the dish with 2/3 of the suggested cream cheese serving.
