  • 2 bell peppers (cut into strips)

  • 1/2 cup grated cheese (mozzarella or what you prefer)
  • 1 cup water

    Directions

    1. Using Stovetop: Heat olive oil in the saute pan over medium high heat.
    2. Add garlic, cook for a few seconds.
