  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 pinch white pepper
  • 3 chicken breasts (medium sized, all visible fat removed, sliced into bite-size chunks)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 white onion (medium, peeled and sliced into wedges)
