I cooked the onions and garlic in butter instead of olive oil, added a bunch of basil, some paprika, and turmeric. Served with a dollop of sour cream. Turned out pretty good but the recipe still needs some improvement.

This is easy and good. It’s not too acidic like some tomato soups. I would make it again!

Loved it first time to eat tomato soup the kick is great also made grilled cheese with homemade Amish sweet bread
