  • 3 garlic (lrg clove, hole)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup light soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup vinegar (any kind red, white or apple will work)
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 4 ounces pineapple juice (can, s dole)
  • 1 meat (you can, but i was taught this way)
