    EXCELLENT!! Cooking in the cast iron skillet is the key! the herbs and butter add such a delicious taste. Had a dinner party and the steaks were the talk of the night.

    Great! I used more butter as someone else advised. I would just suggest using less salt. Also, I had to cook the steaks longer in the oven than the time given probably because the steaks I had were thicker.
