Ingredients

  • 3 figs (medium, quartered)
  • 4 1/2 ounces soft goat cheese
  • 12 fresh basil leaves (small)
  • 3 slices prosciutto (cut into 12 pieces total)

Directions

  1. Top each fig quarter with 1/2 tbsp goat cheese, a basil leaf and a piece of prosciutto. Fold over 3 times and secure with a toothpick. Arrange on a platter and season with freshly ground pepper. Serve immediately.
