Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup hellmann’ or best food canola cholesterol free mayonnais
  • 19 ounces black beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 11 ounces whole kernel corn (or mexi-corn, drained)
  • 1 cup tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup purple onion (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Directions

Very simple, and quick recipe! Great for satiating the munchies with a Spanish flare. I used a Mayo with lime, and added a pinch (1/2 tsp) of salt.

I used Italian dressing instead of the mayo. It's a good recipe. It's nutritious and easy to make. Our families likes it better than regular salsa.
