It was a pleaser but didn’t have that much taste to it! I added garlic powder, taco seasoning and some salsa and it was perfect. We served it with chips It was soupy BUT when I added the cream cheese about an hour before serving I also added a few tablespoons of corn starch to thicken it

Very good! It was soupy like the reviews and we could have used to cook it a little longer but we were hungry and couldn’t wait! We ate it in a tortilla and as a soup with cheese on top.

This made a whole lot for me and my husband, and we both enjoyed it! We put it in tortillas and made chicken tacos with a salad on the side. I only wish it were a bit more flavorful. SO easy though and SO versatile. Thanks!

I've made this several times. We either eat it in a tortilla or in a bowl with shredded cheese. I 1/2 a taco season pack and a ranch pack. So so good!!

I cooked on low for 7 hours with frozen chicken breast. It came out tasty. It wasn’t out of this world, though. I’m trying to figure out what to do with it. I served it tonight with rice but I didn’t think they went well together personally. I could see this making good enchiladas, though. Edit: this is great for chicken enchiladas and I would definitely make this again with some adjustments

We love it! My kids love it...so its a great go-to easy meal choice. I like to double it so that we have lots of leftovers, either for seconds or for lunch the next day.

We loved it - we used diced tomatoes instead of Rotel. Probably the best dish I've had in a long time. We ate with rice and in a soft tortilla shell. we also used a ltitle shredded cheddar cheese on ours.

Awesome! My family loved this! Easy and yummy! I used chicken thighs bc it's what I had, and used pinto beans, bc my family likes them more. Served with fried corn tortillas....delicious!

I have made this dish several times. My favorite part about it is the left overs. Still just as delicious as if was made fresh. 1st night, chicken tacos, 2nd night enchiladas, and I've even managed to have enough for a third night once. The seasoning becomes so light and unnoticable, otherwise smother some BBQ sauce with mustard base and have sloppy Joe's. Sometimes I don't add the cream cheese, and tastes just as good.

I made mine with a little less chicken and served over rice and it is wonderful. I also seasoned the chicken with garlic powder and some cumin.

Very easy! I used canned pinto beans instead of black beans. Make sure that you put the cream cheese in the pot the last hour that it is cooking on low. We put it over tortilla chips with lettuce and tomato on top.

I didn't add the chicken since this was an appetizer and I added some shredded mexican cheese once it was cooked through. Served with tortilla chips. Was so yummy and everyone wanted the recipe. Will try the chicken version for dinner soon!

I love this but even better, my kids love it! It's becoming my go-to meal when I'm running around. I like putting it on Tostadas and topping it with cheese, salsa and sour cream. Definitely delicious!

This recipe is fabulous, it is definitely become a regular at this house. Please make one change to the recipe, drain and rinse the black beans otherwise it turns a really sick shade of gray. Serve on rice. Quick and easy.

The receipe was good. I used Salsa instead of rotelle. We put it over rice. The next day I took the leftovers and added Hot sauce and Maries Blue cheese dressing and it was better then buffalo chicken dip. Would do this again just to make the dip.
