• 1/4 cup Hellmann's or Best Foods Canola Cholesterol Free Mayonnaise
  • 19 ounces black beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 11 ounces mexi-corn (or whole kernel corn, drained)
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes (quartered)
  • 1/2 cup red onion (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro


  1. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Serve chilled or at room temperature and, if desired, with tortilla chips and hot pepper sauce.
