I had to double the recipe and didn't have enough parmesan so used some cottage cheese and it turned out wonderful.

The sauce is really rich so I suggest adding a little at a time according to taste. I added blanched broccoli and pancetta.

This is my go to fettuccine alfredo. I also add chicken. Usually perdue short cuts. So yummy!

Taste exactly as a fettuccine should. I added cooked broccoli in the leftovers to give it a differnet taste the next day.
