- 1/4 cup onions (sliced)
- 1 Tbsp. crushed garlic
- 1/4 cup tomatoes
- 1/2 cup potato (diced vegetables, cauliflower cut small, peas or washed chopped palak leaves or methi leaves)
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 curry leaves (shredded)
- 1 Tbsp. coriander (/ dhania leaves minced)
