A good solid recipe as long as you add a spice blend of some kind (I had an orange pepper herb mix that’s great on anything). Otherwise you will need to add your own choice of herbs/spices to bring out any flavors.

Im so happy I made this!! First of all its the only recipe i could see without grapes. idk whose idea grapes was for traditional chicken salad but it was a bad one lol. Outside of that I used a dash of the creole seasoning, and then i used some garlic powder and instead of plain pepper, i used blackening seasoning instead. i toasted whole wheat with honey bread, added some miracle whip, mustard, washed and shook dry some spinach and added some slices of avocado. Overall it has been my best experiance with chicken salad ever.

Great starter for chicken salad. I used more chicken (approximately 4 cups) 1/3 cup light mayo, 1/3 cup light sour cream. Green tomato relish (family recipe) and a dash of cajun seasoning. Wonderful!

Nice flavor! I used white onion instead of red. I think a hard boiled egg would have really enhanced the flavor! Will be making this again!

Great recipe! I didn’t measure the ingredients exactly, but included everything & played around with the amount of mayo. I made it with rotisserie chicken & it is delicious!
Just made this it’s delicious the relish gives it that sweetness. I really enjoyed this. Great lunch .

I loved this!! I used Greek yogurt instead of mayo, I feel like what seals the deal with the flavor is the creole seasoning 😋🤤
