I used 90% cocoa by Lindt, I’m a huge fan of Dark chocolate any way with coconut and some almonds- healthy almond joy! Tasted a small section. It was good- will have a piece before I do my 9 mile hike tomorrow. Only thing I did not see , how to store. I put in a glass cake stand I have with my almond butter and flax cookies... paleo
