It was really good. Very mexican tasting and tasty! However , the instructions said shredded cabbage so thats what I did but in the pictures it wasn't shredded it was big strips of cabbage. That was a little of a bummer but the recipe is great!!

Loved this soup. When I told my husband we were having "fat-burning cabbage soup" he grimaced, and then he really liked it. He loves salty food so of course this was right up his alley. We also like spicy food but this might be too much for those who don't, Next time I might try to make it with home-made salsa (less salt) so as to not exceed daily values so much. Bonus is being able to add whatever is left in the vegetable drawer.
