  • 1 i can't believe it's not butter! spread
  • 1/2 cup seed (ed, shredded, unpeeled cucumber, squeezed dry)
  • 1/2 cup radishes (shredded red, squeezed dry)
  • 2 tablespoons parsley (finely chopped flat lead)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives (finely)
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (coarse)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper (freshly)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Spoon into butter crock or small serving bowl. Garnish, if desired, with additional chives and radishes. Serve on baguette slice or desired bread.
