- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise (Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Organic Original)
- 2 brioche rolls (split and toasted)
- 1 cup arugula
- 4 slices prosciutto
- 4 large eggs (poached or fried)
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- Spread 1 tablespoon Hellmann's® or Best Foods Organic Original Mayonnaise on cut sides of each roll, then evenly top with remaining ingredients.
