  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt (and pepper)
  • 8 buns (large, split)
  • 8 radicchio leaves
  • 8 pieces roasted red pepper (look for a brand that doesn’t include sugar in the ingredient list to avoid a sweet pickle flavor)
  • 1/2 cup olive tapenade (black, homemade like this or store-bought)
