This was the first time I ever cooked ribs! This recipe was delicious! I did have some premade jerk seasoning that I used as a dry rub before baking. After grilling, the meat fell right off the bone. My whole family enjoyed them! My husband is sensitive to slow cooked pork, but he did not have any issues with this recipe! Hooray! I will make these again. The house also smells so good from the slow oven cooking! It’s a great recipe for a summer day when you’re around the house and have time on your hands!
