  • 1 pinch salt (and garlic powder)

  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 apples (diced)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon shallot (minced)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt (and pepper)
