Good recipe! I got away with using a nice blender over a food processor (added a very little bit of water, and then a little more flour after to thicken it up). I also made a simple tahini sauce (tahini, salt and garlic powder) over the yogurt sauce to veganize it. The falafel was perfect, and the sandwiches were great. Looking forward to some leftovers.
