Very good flavors. I made the homemade fajita seasoning recipe at the end of this recipe so that I could control the amount of salt. My husband loved it.

Delicious! I will be making again soon! Served with yellow rice and black beans for a quick 30 min meal. I did not let the protein sit for 30 min; just seasoned and cooked. Had to add salt bc I used a store bought fajita seasoning.
