Super yummy! I used a full packet of seasoning and added green bell pepper.

good and not hard to make!

I agree with grilled the chicken instead of baking it. I also used 3 bell peppers and added two cloves of fresh minced garlic. I feel like the cream cheese and shredded cheese could be less... or add maybe 2 more bell peppers. It tasted great, just a heavy on the cheese and needed more veggies. We are it with sour cream and some avocado (didn’t have time to make guac). I also made homemade fajita seasoning with a quick google search- super easy!! I think I read below someone used yellow rice. Definitely trying that next time. Sorry for the ugly lighting!
great tasting, would probably a grill or pan cook the chicken prior to baking the casserole as it is faster.
It was ok, but thought it needed to have more moisture, maybe thin the cream cheese a bit.

Used taco seasoning and it turned out great!
super yummly, definitely doing this one again. we however fried the chicken coated with taco seasoning and mixed in the soft cheese, maybe could have done with something to make it a bit saucier, we also sprinkled some extra taco seasoning on the cheese when going in the oven! winner 👌🏻

Turned out great!! My picky 5 year old even LOVES it. I didn’t have an onion on hand so I used onion powder instead. Turned out just fine. Looking forward to making it again with an actual onion. I LOVE fajitas in general and this is like fajitas with crack! Delicious!
It was pretty good, felt like it was missing some spices though. Kinda bland

Definitely a keeper. So easy to make; yet so good. Will be making it again.

After accidently throwing in the whole packet of fajita seasoning, instead of measuring 1 1/2 Tbsp. I added more chicken, red peppers and also a couple of chipotle peppers to balance it out. I served with yellow rice, guacamole, salsa and greens. I don't think I cared for the fajita seasoning that I used. Next time, maybe I'll use taco seasoning instead.

Skipped cream cheese. Added a few halved cherry tomatoes, garlic slices, and chopped onion. Made my own fajita seasoning mix. Great flavor.

This was really good. Its definitely not a meal by itself though. I put it over yellow rice and it was really yummy! Hubby asked us to put it on the regular rotation lol

Pretty good, probably gonna cut down on the cheese next time and try and add some sort of grain, maybe quinoa or yellow rice... but overall, pretty tasty! topped mine with guac and sour cream, added chives too...

I made this and it's so good. Be very careful not to burn the onions because I accidentally did that, but it's still really good. I used regular taco seasoning and covered it in sour cream when it came out. I used a little bit too much cheese so it was super melty but good.

They have great easy recipes. Yet delicious! The chicken casserole was the first recipe I took from here, and I loved it! Easy, fast and delicious.

Amazing! I used rotel in the chicken while it baked instead of using bell pepper and it was scrumptious!

I used leftover slow cooker bbq chicken I'd cooked for a previous meal. My family loved it, and that's always great. It was easy to make, and quick.
