- 3 1/2 tablespoons margarine (reduced-fat, at room temperature)
- 5 slices white bread (crusts removed)
- 2 tablespoons red sprinkles
- 2 tablespoons blue sprinkles
- Spread margarine over 1 side of each slice of bread. Coat with red sprinkles. Flip and spread margarine over other side. Coat with blue sprinkles. Roll up each slice of bread and cut into 4 pinwheels. Secure with toothpicks and serve.
