i heated up my oil on medium heat and fried the legs & thighs for about ten Minutes on each side. They were cooked, juicy inside & crispy golden outside. delish.

Crispy, cooked perfectly. Next time will add a little more seasoning. This was my first time ever cooking fried chicken myself and will definitely do it again!
