Fantastic!!! Wish I had found this recipe years ago. I had never heard of using baking powder in a chicken coating and now I see it's the key to a light "breading" like finish. I did add onion powder to the already wonderful seasoning combination. Otherwise followed ingredient list exactly. Mine did not need as much time on the higher temp. They were done 20 minutes earlier than directions. All ovens vary. LOVE the fact that no added oil/fat was needed. My husband loves'em. Our new favorite. I did brine the chicken in advance as I almost always do for all chicken recipes. Just a personal preference. Thank you so much!
