Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup hellmann's or best foods real mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Best Foods Dijonnaise Creamy Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 anchovies (mashed with a fork)
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 head torn romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 cup italian seasoned croutons

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except lettuce and croutons in small bowl.
  2. Arrange lettuce and croutons on serving platter. Just before serving, drizzle dressing over lettuce.
