Ensalada De Frijoles Con Maiz Asado


2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
3/4 cup red onion (chopped)
15 ounces whole kernel corn, drained
1 teaspoon ground cumin
15 ounces black beans (rinsed and drained)
1/2 cup Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise (or Hellmann's®, with Lime Juice*)
2 plum tomatoes (seeded and chopped)
1 jalapeno chilies (seeded and chopped)
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 teaspoon salt


1In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and cook garlic, onion, corn and cumin, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until onion is tender. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve warm or chill.  *SUBSTITUTION: Use Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise blended with 1 to 2 tablespoons lime juice.
