Really good, I am very pleased with the results. I will make this again but next time just add the knocked back bread to my loaf tin in one piece then bake after proving again. I also want to add some tomato pesto or basil pesto while knocking back the second time to flavor the bread too. All in a good recipe that works 👍🏻

Amazing! I couldn't find bread flour locally so used all purpose instead. Still fluffy and great! Taste is great and that's with soymilk and margarine instead of milk and butter. If it's this good with substitutions I imagine the real one is even better. The outside is wonderfully crisp and inside soft and fantastic. I made this for bread pudding but I don't think it's going to last that long because it's great for snacking on.
