- 1 chile pepper (Serrano)
- 10 coriander (leaves)
- 1/3 cup water
- ground black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1Grill the chile pepper lightly and then add it to a food processor with the coriander leaves, water, and pinches of salt and pepper. Puree the mixture and set it aside.
