made it. But sauce was runny and had only a butter taste. i used a Ninja, and blades didn't move yokes around in bottom. that could be why. disapointed.😔

My hollandaise sauce was runny and I put too much Lemon juice in, was that the reason it was runny? It was easy to follow directions in the flavor was good except too much lemon.

Really delicious, never knew poaching an egg was so easy. I opted to skip the ramekin and just break the egg directly into the water. It isn't as tough as everyone makes it sound.

Excellent .... This is the wife's favorite. Will definitely make again. I did add a little vinegar & salt to the water.
