  • 1/2 pound lean ground pork (1/4 a kilo extra)
  • 1/4 cup oyster sauce
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce (a condiment sold at most grocery stores)
  • 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 onions (medium)
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil (for frying)
