I didn’t have basil so I substituted it for arugula, I added pesto sauce and it tasted like heaven!!

Turned out great, I only had cheddar cheese and still it tasted great!

Turned out really well! But... the name doesn't give it justice. It's not a pizza substitute. It's kinda like a eggplant lasagna individually... but my family really loved it!

Could've used more seasoning, tomato sauce, and cheese - but still delicious!

I added some beef diced and shrimp. Pan fried before put into oven. Mixed with rosemary. Taste fantastic! Definitely make it again!

Absolutely delicious! I cannot stop raving about this recipe. I'm so glad I have leftovers. Actually had it with whole-grain spaghetti so for me, it was like a healthy version of my favorite dish, Eggplant Parmesan. Cannot recommend this wonderful recipe highly enough.
