Came out great, ate it with crackers and the consistency was perfect for scooping.
Delicious! I'm not a huge fan of pickles in my egg salad so I subbed a little juice from some green olives and it was perfection! I also added some paprika. Mmmm!

It turned out OK, but was missing something. Onion?

Yummy!!! I had 4 hard boiled eggs so I just added a little less of each of the other ingredients. It was so simple and delicious. This will be my go to egg salad recipe for a while!
perfect! i mash the yolks by themselves and add the wet ingredients and then fold it into chopped egg

Really easy. Great way to use up dyed Easter eggs. Made no modifications. Simple and tasty. Ingredients you typically have on hand.

Found it to be a little salty. Not overly, but I normally don't add salt to things as a rule. I bought the eggs already boiled from the grocery store. Great recipe!

I added 2 tsps of dry mustard and only did approx 1 1/2 tsp of Dijon mustard to the recipe and some additional relish....YUMMO! Oh and celery seed cause my hubby doesn't like actual celery
