Delicious! I'm not a huge fan of pickles in my egg salad so I subbed a little juice from some green olives and it was perfection! I also added some paprika. Mmmm!

Yummy!!! I had 4 hard boiled eggs so I just added a little less of each of the other ingredients. It was so simple and delicious. This will be my go to egg salad recipe for a while!

Really easy. Great way to use up dyed Easter eggs. Made no modifications. Simple and tasty. Ingredients you typically have on hand.

Found it to be a little salty. Not overly, but I normally don't add salt to things as a rule. I bought the eggs already boiled from the grocery store. Great recipe!

I added 2 tsps of dry mustard and only did approx 1 1/2 tsp of Dijon mustard to the recipe and some additional relish....YUMMO! Oh and celery seed cause my hubby doesn't like actual celery
