Ingredients

  • 4 pieces eggs (hard cooked, chopped)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1 dash freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dill (chopped)
  • chopped ham
  • chopped celery
  • diced onions (: red, green, yellow, or white)
  • paprika
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 dash hot sauce

Directions

  1. In small bowl combine eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, dill, and pepper.
  2. Cover and chill.
  3. I use celary, and dill pickel, and onions, to enhance the flavor I grate these items and let the juice fall into the bowl as well.
