Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • yellow onion (1 lg., diced)
  • 16 ounces tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons parsley (chopped)
  • 1 can pitted olives (and juice)
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1/2 pound egg noodles (uncooked)
  • parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Brown the meat and onion in large pot.
  2. Then add tomato with chopped parsley, olives and juice and creamed corn.
  3. Allow to come to a boil, then add raw noodles and allow to cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Put in greased casserole and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  5. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
  6. Serves 6.
