We really liked this dish. I didn't have any Canadian Bacon, so I used pork sausage links cut up and I added two small hamburger buns (without sesame seeds), an extra egg and an extra 1/4 cup milk and some extra cheese (all cheddar). I love onions and herbs with eggs but that would not have suited this recipe. It was just slightly plain but I wouldn't change it.

Delicious!! So easy to prepare and it tastes just as good, if not better than McDonalds! I would definitely makes this again! I made it for dinner and had a salad on the side to complete the meal.
