Definitely an interesting texture, but I liked it! Easy to make and customize the flavor to suit your tastes

I wasn’t a fan of this recipe. The taste was lacking flavor and I didn’t care for the texture of the whipped egg whites. I found it difficult to make the indentation in the middle for the egg yolks without making a mess and ruining the fluffiness of the egg whites. I can see how some people might like this but I personally didn’t. The lack of flavor and the texture ruined it for me .

It’s pretty easy to make but I feel like the egg whites were too dry, resulting in a plastic-like texture. Maybe I should put it in the oven for an even shorter time - less than 10 minutes.

I decided to tackle this recipe without an electric mixer. Although my arm is about to fall off, I'm happy with the results. My oven cooked the yolks beyond creamy after only 13 minutes, so just know your oven and watch your yolks to time them right. I added sautéed mini bell peppers and instead of Parmesan I used shredded cheddar. This recipe is definitely versatile for whatever cheese or veggies you have on hand. Two of my yolks broke because I'm a novice egg separated, but they still tasted good. The other picture is half way through eating the one that didn't fall apart. I was too excited to eat before remembering to take a photo.
