Ingredients

  • 16 ounces edamame (peeled)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • salt
  • ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. Add the edamame beans to a bowl. Add the oil and toss well.
  3. Sprinkle the cheese on top and season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Place the edamame on a large baking sheet which has been previously sprayed with oil.
  5. Place the baking sheet into the oven and bake the edamame for 15 minutes. Stir every 5 minutes.
  6. Remove the edamame from the oven and serve immediately.
