  • 1/4 cup red onion (diced)
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 jalapeño pepper (minced, optional)
  • 2 tablespoons green onions (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (more to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper (more to taste if needed)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
