  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (PERDUE® PERFECT PORTIONS®, sliced in half lengthwise)
  • 2 cups orzo (cooked, or your favorite pasta)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tablespoon italian seasoning
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic (fresh, minced)
  • 14 ounces fire roasted diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil (I used garlic infused olive oil)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (finely)
  • 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • chicken breasts (SIDE NOTE!!! If the, are already thin you don't need to cut them in half. I like to cut the thicker pieces in half long wise to get more servings and to reduce cook time. Chicken should ALWAYS reach 165 degrees F before serving! Oven temperatures may vary, so please check your chicken before serving.)
